For me its not as straightforward as that - its more a decision between realistic or unnatural. I worked as a medical photographer for a while and have seen many very realistic "enhancements", including one lady whose spaniel ears breasts were nearly long enough to tuck into her knickers, transformed into a couple of very nice juicy and perky handfuls. That to me would be very acceptable,

We have all seen the over enhanced look that compares to a couple of bowling balls on a chest both in look and in texture, but that is very much the exception rather than the rule. Give me a nice subtle enhancement and I will worship them as much as you please!

One recent regular playmate had her surgery to correct a difference in size, and that ended up looking superb - other than a light scar in the under boob area, there was very little difference between leftie boob and rightie boob. I was certainly not going to complain!
