Just a quick reply, no it's not too good to be true, and if it's an NLP trained hypnotherapist it almost certainly works, usually in one session that lasts maybe an hour. The therapy is based on the fact that nicotine is actually not that addictive, believe it or not, the chemical craving stops quite quickly, but it's the emotional need that underlies the habit which is addressed and dealt with. A session usually costs between £60 and £90, my bank manager was desperate to give up and the other day she called me over in the bank which a huge smile to say it worked, she feels she never smoked in her life. Def worth a try; I'm not a therapist yet myself but I recommend it. Good luck. I do have a vested interest by the way - I love kissing, so smokers are a no no for me!!
