An aquintence of mine was playing with a frozen banana once and was a bit over-vigerous... it broke off inside her and she couldn't get it out. Unfortunately the only person she could get to take her on an already embarrasing trip to the A&E was her father!

Violet wands are wonderful things
eBay is a good source - especially in the medical section (quiet often down as "quack cures"... If you know anyone who speaks german - the german eBay has lots of violet wands (surprise!!!) going fairly cheaply.
I know someone who sometimes sells refurbished wands - he's an electriction so he fixes them up and makes them as safe as they can be (given the age & what they are). I can put you in touch if you like (and if he's still doing them...)?

Violet wands you have to be a bit more careful with the old original ones. Get a friendly/perverted sparky to look it over as they can be really dangerous if they go bang! And never let the flex loop over itself or you'll become very unhappy very quickly!

Anyway - I was sitting with my tens-units (one still kept in it's original (and oh so innocent) Boots packaging) and began to wonder how common things like this are in the swinging scene? It's pretty common in the bdsm world (my background is "over that way") but I don't recall seeing any ads on any swingers sites which mention it.
Is it just that people don't come into contact with electro-toys, or is it actually frowned-upon in any sense? For instance, I'm sitting here with a violet-wand, an electro-butt-plug and a electrifiable nerve-wheel thinking - I can't be the only person interested in swinging and more unusual play toys? Or maybe I am.

Yeah - give it a couple of weeks and we can kick off a new thread and maybe have a vote/poll on dates.
I can kind of make Edinburgh - but I'm dependant on trains to get home so I end up having to leave at about 10:30 or I spend my journey home on a train-full of psychotic neds
And from experience I can tell you that psychotic neds don't appreciate brightly dyed hair.... :(
I guess it might be easier to organise along the same lines as the bdsm people do - with edinburgh and glasgow munches. People who are central or have decent transport can make it to whichever one they like (or both!). People who are local can get to the city of their respetive coast
