Yep... what better shoe shopping pals could I have asked for!
And wasn't Dawnie buying a handbag at the time?! :lol2:

I think so, but she didn't bother to ask, she knew what the response from us 3 would have been :lol2: :giggle:

I think curves are essential and I ladies which go straight up and down (possibly due to being underweight) so nothing what so ever for me, but a lady with curves, boobs and hips, who are confident in their bodies always do it for me.

Just quoting you as I think this is an interesting point NWC as without having surgery there is no way I would ever have curves. At my slimmest I'm literally straight up and down, if I put on weight I only put a little on my boobs and the rest goes round my middle turning me into a round blob with legs sticking out of the bottom :lol2:
I don't think there could ever be such thing as a perfect body as it's so much down to the individual but I know there is nothing as sexy as someone who is comfortable and confident in their own skin. Therefore I'd say the perfect body is the the one you're happy with while taking into account genetics ie. some people will never have curves while others will never waifs!

My current faves:

I really didn't need PoshKate to persuade me to buy them either :giggle:

Ahh but I loved sharing the joy of buying them :giggle: Although I was probably the wrong person to ask whether you should by them or not as there was only ever going to be one answer! :lol2:

A big problem here ..
only one option to vote for.... ?
Has this site gone communist ? :P

I've had a go at fixing it but it doesn't seem to have worked......will have to wait for someone cleverer than me to come and fix it!

I have a similar dilemma every time I drive past a construction site at this time of year - there's flesh everywhere. I nearly hit the kerb earlier eyeing up a brickie. He knew that I knew that he knew I was looking and I kinda liked that... horny idea but unobtainable. I think some straight blokes just love attention, regardless of who it's from lol

You need to come round here, they're finishing the block opposite us at the moment and there are tanned muscular men everywhere! :smitten:
I'm up for that, can you pick me up on the way?
Cx
ohh yay! I'll get easy to make pimms jelly! :lol2:

Sounds like you've found some muscles you don't normally use! I had the same the first time I did body pump! Just keep doing gentle stretches and keep the muscles warm. Even if they still hurt tomorrow try and do some exercise, you may not feel like it but it will feel better afterwards.
Well done on your hard work! smile

go whale watching

When i went to tenerife once i went on a whale and dolphin watching boat trip, people were there taking photos and i kind of just dived in without even thinking about it. The whales, can't remember the species but they were small, kind of were like "who is this idiot and one nudged me.
I was hauled into the boat given a complete and utter bollocking in spanish (think it was spanish) and shunned by the rest of the tourist all but one. An old guy said as i was getting off the boat "that must of felt fantastic doing that" - and it was!
I seriously think i'd be tempted with the great white's but hope that sanity prevails.
I would never go to one of the places that do the touristy thing of attracting these animal for their audience, but when I was working in Greece there were a few times when at the end of the day, out on a boat a couple of dolphins would appear and start to circle the boat. It was the most beautiful and calming experience to witness, they are such beautiful animals.
I really hate the shark baiting tours that people go on. If you want to see these animals in their natural habitat it might take days or even months......don't go on a tour that guarantees it as they'll be baiting them to come out of their natural habitat.

Yes. I'm rubbish at relationships; I'm not good at letting people in. I've accepted it now though and I don't necessarily see it as a bad thing. I'm totally comfortable with my own company and I have a job I love, great friends and an active sex life.

Sorry to chop you up Nola but this really rang true with me. I got to a stage where I let very few people, get into my inner circle, I guess I still don't really. But like you I was happy in my life so it didn't really bother me. Easy was the first person who was able to totally break down those barriers, but to be fair that was because he really tried to do it, I'm sure a lot of people would have just given up!

I think I'm a bit too self-centred for relationships. Maybe I'll change my mind in the future, who knows.

Again, I've felt like that before, I think you're at the same stage I was when I was single and it's great as you come to realise that there is no point in dating someone unless they add something positive to your life without hindering how you already live. Otherwise known as being very bloody picky :lol2: :giggle:

My last partner did the same to me as you seem to have said you do with your girlfriends - i.e. tested the relationship to the point of breaking it. I ended the relationship after finally realising what was going on and he admitted he had done it with his past partners too.

That's exactly what I used to be like! It's like as soon as something good happens you go into self destruct mode to make sure it goes wrong. I think also at the time part of me enjoyed the drama of it all and living some sort of car crash life. Weird I know but that was what I was like.
As easy knew me before we got together he'd recognised that I had the type of personality to behave like that and therefore when we started seeing each other he straight away didn't put up with any of that nonsense. Because of this, I've never done it, simples!
OK I do still have my drama queen moments but unless it really is something important he'll just laugh at me or ignore me.
Sorry Srne I'm waffling but just wanted to add to what Nola and BIoke have said. Lots of other good advice in this thread too.....hope some of it makes sense for you. kiss
I'd like to know what the borrowers have done with the plan they took out of my office last week :lol2: :giggle:
I've lost a stone! smile 6 days a week in the gym feels worth it when you get results :)
I'm currently trying to motivate myself to go to the gym but reading my book seems more appealing at the moment :lol2:
It's made me sad this weekend as I've been working and not been able to enjoy it, but I'm off the the next two days so hopefully it's staying smile
Happy birthday lovely kiss Hope you've had a fab day and Ian's made his own fried egg sarnie! :lol2:

The doctor referring us for fertility testing. :-D Hopefully now, we're on the road to finding out why it hasn't happened for us the last 12 cycles we've been (really!) trying.
Really feel like a load has been lifted, someone is helping and we might actually get the one thing we've wanted for so long.
*Her*

That sounds fab
I hope it works out.
Seconded, I'll keep my fingers crossed smile

Neilinleeds and Little Gem's 'homage' to Dirty Dancing at the last Wigan Munch (truly one of the funniest moments EVER!)

That makes me cry with laughter every time I think about it! :lol2: rotflmao
Me too. People have actually asked me what I'm laughing about and I've been giggling so hard I couldn't even say. Thing is, it usually happens when the song comes on... which is usually when I'm out shopping or something!
:giggle:
I wish wish wish there was photo - or better still, video - evidence!
:giggle:
Well as easy doesn't dance we won't be having a first dance at our wedding but I'm hoping that Neil and Gem will do the honours for us and re-create it! :lol2: :giggle:

Nola, can I ask what you chat about...not details lol, but what sorts of stuff? do you know what your penfriend did....does he/she talk about that or is it off limits so to speak?
Do you tell him about yourself/your lifeor just keep neutral without revealing too much?
sorry if this is a bit nosy...tell me to butt out sticky beak or answer by pm if you'd prefer...Im genuinely interested.

I was about to ask something similar myself.
Also Nola can you send me the link to the charity, I'm quite intrigued! smile

Is that the funny-looking thing on the bedroom window-sill that I placed on a 10 day eBay auction last week after I removed the inch of dust from it?
:giggle:

smackbottom :smackbottom: :smackbottom:
If you did, I hope you listed it right as it would pay for the wedding :lol2:
