If you really want to be into looking at things like fizzy drinks and chocolate, they are made to encourage you to want more...like a drug! The dentist says kids are ok to drink diet fizzy drinks BUT to use a straw to stop them swilling the sugar around their teeth. And several sweets are ok each day, but split up...not all in one go!
I think as guys it is easy, but not maybe nice to say, to notice if you have issues with toxins. That is why guys urine is often discoloured so much with the bad stuff coming out. When it is almost clear all the time, you are in efect passing pure water, and like a clean out of the houses radiators you realise how much CRAP you have inside you!

Long time no catch! I think coffee is full of caffiene and makes you thirsty... maybe I am wrong here. decafe' may be ok, but I think the idea is that the water also purifies the system and escapes as urine and cleans the organs inside. I struggle with that much, and seldom have it that much but I do try. I find filtered water from the tap using a brita filter makes excellent tasting water and it seems nicer.
Just a warning for all you peeps to keep up the WATER intake in this weather? Not joking here we dont drink enough of it, and ned to have about two litres a day. The body suffers greatly when we dont drink enough, with headaches, hunger and all sorts of ailments. BOOZE unfortunately drys the body out, and little is best...DOH

we all have crosses to bear and that is what being different is all about. I was just posting to the original post in a sort of ' I know it is a common joke thing we guys always get aka periods and babies', but it just airs the fact we too suffer loads yet often we cant/wont share because of our upbringing. I aint going to harp on, many have said it better than me, and I dont have a strop on about comments raised. Just to show that I understand where it comes from, but that i think it is good for the ladies to share it, but just remember when your mates begin to slag us off for it you can ask them a deep pertinent question from a guys point of view? I like to think I am caring and understanding, and will always be here if anyone needs someone to get some grief off with, but like I always say dont tar us all with the same brush. Some of us are feeling delicate today, and I guess if it is possible I am having my own PMT moment.... :cry:

That is ok with me. Fellas love to compliment a lovely woman on her pics, but we seldom do any ourselves because the other guys often snigger or dont join in. Come on lads, let the girls have some fun. I dont particularly think mine is anything special, but if it raises a smile or a nice comment, I feel better!
Whilst I agree with the side of your post, it does not mean we do not have our own problems that we suffer? For instance it is emotions we cannot express, and if you have ever seen a man suffering from the real big breakdown that makes him sob, possibly for the first time since he was 7 or 8, you will know what I mean. It is ok to say it is fine for a guy to cry, but it dont come easy. Men also have major stress levels because of competing with others, it is the natural way we work. along with all the things that have been taken for granted over the years, it is difficult for us all in different ways.
I think women have the most complimentary way to our needs and vice versa. I dont know how many times i have felt close to another person, but NOTHING can ever come as close as when you are in the arms of a woman....the only thing close is your mum, but the one you are intimate with, is so much a deeper thing, that we often do not realise how special that is.
Sorry if it sounds a moan or a poke at your post, but i though a view from the other side would be of help? When you next get a chance, really talk deep with your guy, and ask him about his wishes and desires he had, and how he moved them because he had to? My biggest aspiration was always to work as a vet, because I love anials for their unconditional love to us as their owners...but being from a mining/railway enviroment I was snubbed and held back. being cheated on EVERY corner sure starts the burden off early, but then we cant really go and cry it off because although it seems to be so easy, many fellas just cant release the inner sadness....

Yes and no is the answer. maybe many look for their regular mates, but I assume loads just pop on to gander at the swingers!
