We try our hardest to keep ourselves as active and trim as we can, but once you pass that 40 mark, it becomes more difficult (it comes to everyone eventually!) 😴. Again, if you are after a bronzed gym goddess and a bronzed gym Adonis, then you are best of looking elsewhere!
