I do my weekly shop at Marks & Sparks, what does that say about me :censored:
It mostly consists of fruit-grapes,cherries and blueberrie
Fish-prawns & salmon fillets
Salads stuff & ready made pasta salads, whole food salads etc for work
A few ready meals for my boys as they like the tagliatelle ec
Some scrummy yoghurts, fig & honey being my favourite.
From Asda I get my Volvic flavoured water and breakfast bars as they have good deals on.
I don`t eat a lot of bread or potatoes or sweets, usually a bag of crisps on a Sunday evening as a treat, not really fussed about chocolate either.
I eat quite well so why am I still fat :eeek:

Blimey, aren't you posh lol
Noooo I`m not posh, just a fat girl who likes nice food :bounce:

I even picked my feet in public today
:smug:

Put them in a bucket with warm water, listerine and vinegar for 10 minutes and then you'll have pretty feet!
Then drink the water
this just made me laugh out loud rotflmao

I wonder how you work out the calorie count of toe nail clippings dunno

You can work that out by weighing them, knowing their composition and the calorific value of each part, then its just a case of adding them up...anyway since nails are protein they contain 4kcals per gramme
Blimey you are a smart cookie kiss

Honestly Stevie at some parts it was just so, I was even peddling to get down the hills, but hey who doesn`t like a good ride
My sons like the Bombay bad boy flavour and it smells so rank, and their breath after makes my eyes water yaaaaack :censored:
I have been trying to come up with something but I guess picking your nose or scratching your bum just doesn`t cut the mustard compared to chewing bits off your feet :eeek:

As for falling in love apparently its a chemical thing that happens, but for me its not looks it is definitely personality, even someone who you would not find "attractive" at first becomes so if their personality is one that intrigues and beguiles you.
Waffle over.

but after all that I don't give a stuff if it just chemicals that makes me feel like this, I love it and I love mother nature for doing it to me :-)
mother nature is a grand old dame, she does things to us we don't understand but can only give into and enjoy kiss

probably using liza's little hair clips/grips to remove ear wax
and not throwing them away bolt

Ohhh my brother used to do the same thing with Kirby grips years ago, he said cotton buds just didn`t do the same job
We love a bit of outdoors fun and frolics and have met the police on a few occasions, luckily one was just after I had climbed off the bonnet after being well and truly...well you know, and the most memorable meeting was in a car park with several other cars in it with dodgy looking characters when the community police pulled in, they went round to all the cars with men in but somehow seemed more focused on the two of us, questioning us on why we were there and that quite a few cars had been broken into on that particular car park etc, at which point my partner called them a few choice names for bothering us and told them precicely where they should go.
I gave up meeting as a single fem within months of joining the first time round because the first guy I met became my partner after falling for each other big time
When I think back now I spent most of my weekends either travelling miles at stupid o`clock for a meet or waiting in for someone who never showed, don`t get me wrong I had some great times along with the bad ones, but time and effort and yes cost isn`t something I would be rushing to get into again.
Today I am waiting for the chocolate cake I just made to cool before I can smother it in choccy icing, meanwhile eating Walkers Sensations in my favourite flavour accompanied by a multi-seed bagel.
