If u receive an email saying it's from eBay and u have any doubts - just forward it to their dedicated "spoof" email address. This happened to me - they were v quick coming back with advice - i.e. wot to do if u did or didnt click on the link on the original e-mail. They have also set up their own internal messaging system - so now if there is a prob with yr account it's usually flagged up internally when u sign in to the ebay site.

Right click on file. Chose delete. It will be sent to recycle bin. Then open recycle bin and delete from there
