After 3 days of no chatrooms and lots of phone calls to AOL. They have the cheek to send me a customer survey form and to rate their performance.

spoken to aol again, they say the fault is not their end. lol.
They say swinging heaven is not an aol registered site. So looks like we will be changing our provider.
And the reason others are in the chatrooms is because they are not with aol.
We do appreciate the help from Admin.

Have been back onto aol, and basically they tell us to delete history and cookies, but this is not working

Just to let you all know have spent 3 hours on the phone to aol, reinstalled very thing as suggested. Change settings. Still no chatroom.
