I've been in the scene in the Bath area for about the last 7 years, and to my knowledge there isn't anywhere locally that really suits what you're looking for. If you're prepared to travel further afield then you'll be in luck.

I'm up in the Manchester area on business on Wednesday this week. Have to head back down South in the evening; but wondered if any couples wanted to meet late afternoon for a social drink and a chat?
