there is a difference between having fun and abuse.
i work with disabled people many of which cant speak and are quite profoundly disabled-yet each has a character, their own personality and many enjoy that little bit of fun and banter.
they are not all angels, quite a few reguarly grope female members of staff, or have a stiffy on when the girls toilet and change them.
it only becomes abuse if we are aware that that person is not comfortable with this type of fun, and if that is the case it wouldnt be appropriate for it to happen.
of course, we male members of staff dont toilet or change female clients and it would be for us to engage in that type of banter with them.
so keep an open mind, watch the reaction of the people involved then determine if you and indeed them are uncomfortable, then maybe a word in the ear of the person involved or supervisor can resolve the problem without costing somone their job!

yep, im all for it, silly comments about refund of taxes because the police will have less to do is rubbish.!

I agree with the comment that this coupled with other technology could save the country a fortune, preventing the likes of gypsies and immigrants using several identities to claim benefits- now thats an abuse of tax payers money.!

you must live in a very crime stringent area!
im talking from experience--crowds of youths together cause a lot of hassle to the elderly and decent people.
we as a society know that most of the younger generation are law abiding(my nipper is studing law in uni)
this device doesnt hurt anyone , and moves them on from sensitive areas without any hassle!
i know a lot of posts are put on to stimulate conversation and i agree with that.
but come on, no more politicaly correct shit!

having served in the services it would be with pride that i and fellow serviceman acknowledge the respect and support our family and fellow human beings wish to afford us for the service and security that we all enjoy.
be it a small token like a stamp-it shows that we are not, and havent done it for nothing.!(perhaps the money raised from these stamps could go to service support agencies)
so dont bleat about not supporting our peace keeping and active roles throughout the world when you havent got the balls to do it yourselves.!
