i used to be fond of a pint of real ale on a night out with the lads when i used to live back in wales but in scotland there are very few pubs that still do this!

if you want mate, i can give you a list of pubs that sell real ale in the aberdeen area?

i'm lucky to have this little gem right on my doorstep biggrin Must admit to having tried more than a couple but not so recently sad

Seems I have moved south for the winter! lol
I love real ale. There is a fantastic pub near me which serves real ale exclusively and changes the ales on offer frequently.
John bought me a bottle of monty python's real ale for my birthday. I'm saving it for a special occasion!
monty python's holy grail ale is an excellent beer from the black sheep brewery in north yorkshire. haven't had any for some time though. smile
what about christmas pudding? i know some people don't like it. i don't mind it myself but not in large quanitities. find it a bit rich!!!

They're absolutely fLucking digusting!
I've NEVER liked them but every Crimbo, my mother insists on putting them on my plate - "go on, it's Christmas" Yes, mother and you're spoiling it!
Rank!
And so is marmite - bleurgh!!!!

you want to see if you can coerce your mother into putting broccoli or another vegetable on your plate this year!!!
sprouts seem to be the marmite of vegetables in that people seem to either love them or hate them....... what do people on here think of them? i tolerate them around xmas but don't think i could have them all year round!!!
god what a boring thread this must seem like!! that's what sundays do for me!!!
i was quite impressed with that effort myself!!!;) you should record a parody of that track, get a nude noddy holder (perish the thought!!!) to appear in the video and release it next year!!!;)

Nothing beats Only Fools and Horses (the early years). The Big Yin was also great in his early years.

who did you prefer? grandad or uncle albert? i liked them both equally
just heard a report on a news show though that some supermarkets are overcharging people who use their internet services!! will most places be able to guarantee delivery for xmas now or have i missed the boat?
yes that's a point, i've bought some music and books and things in the past but not really bought much else. so do you do your food shopping online too marya

Mmm - I like real ale too. Dunno about favourites though - had too many (several hundred different ones) this year to tell!
How about some swing / dogging type thing at a beer festival?

yes that's an excellent idea!! would certainly prove that it's not just boring people with beards and wolley jumpers that frequent such places!!;)
well i wouldn't say i'm baby faced as such but i don't resemble alf garnett either!! ;) has everyone been enjoying their weekends thus far? gonna do some xmas shopping later but the shops are like the first day of the harrods sale!!!!

Credit where credit is due.
At 22 you may be relatively young but have posted with more maturity than a lot of single males. You have not even asked for a shag. lol
Have a look at our advert ( click below where it says " serious doggers clit here " ) If it interests you send us an email and lets see where it goes.

well such a word as shag is not in my vocabulary unless i was talking to bill oddie in which case it would be purely used in the ornithological sense!!!! ha ha

I live just down the road from the Hogs Back brewery and their 'TEA' is excellent.
As is the santa special. (Can't remember the name is was that good) lol

TEA is brilliant as is 'hop garden gold' and many other hogs back beers brewed incidentally by a female brewer ;)
sincere thanks to you all who have been so kind thus far... i must be honest and say that i found the idea of joining such a message board as a bit intimidating but what a ridiculous notion that turned out to be. you all seem so kind and genuine!! smile
yewbarrow is brewed by great gable brewery in cumbria!!! thanks for the welcome,.did you have any other nice beers?
should've introduced myself before starting to post threads but any way..... HELLO smile !!! ;)

i am a 22 year old guy who is looking for females or couples to meet up with and possibly have some fun. i was just wondering if anyone on here would be interested and would fancy chatting a bit and see where it goes? i would be most grateful for any helpful, non flippant replies, many thanks
