Hi there try going into control panel/hardware and Sound/ on the top line click on device manager, on the list look for sound and video controllers, look for your device there and disable the one you do not want,now when you click on the window, it should then find the new cam you have bought.

Yes I have met some people off this site but like other sites there are time wasters. What annoys me most is when I message people and they dont even reply to even say no.
