I would agree that that the Police are essentially run by those who forget what's required. Regardless.........those who do the job and those who wait at home for them to return should have them return at the end of the day.
A delay in response doesn't detract from the death and I know that wasn't the point of your post VJ. Public deserve better........so do the protectors.

Ofcourse your right. I know that alot of policemen/women are very hard-working and have to deal with alot of cr4p day-in, day-out. If there were better planning/management then maybe this wpc would'nt have been shot? I was really criticising the people that sit behind desks and make decisions which don't affect them directly, but seem to be failing the people that they are supposed to be protecting- the police force aswell as the general public.

It's sad to see the loss of life like this. I just hope they have got the right people and not jumped in and rounded up the likely suspects.
No offence to anyone but I think the police force are run by morons. Aren't they supposed to pair off experienced and inexperienced together or something? I know of a woman with young children who rang the police to say that there was someone in the house. Nothing was done. She had to ring a neighbour to come and scare whoever it was away. The police turned up 7 hours later to take a statement. She told them to eff off. I know they're meant to be under-resourced but I mean 7 hours? She could have been /killed. What a joke.
I don't have much respect for the police but its still a sad thing to read about. I hope they get the right people and prosecute them, and not mess up the investigation so the the culprits get off on some technicality. I hope nobody is offended by anything I've written here.

I see what you mean. I suppose I probably started at about 17 too, but that was just messing about at parties in peoples houses. Alot of my friends swapped gfs etc. We never really thought of it as swinging (for some reason I always reckoned you had to be "old" to be considered a swinger). It was at uni that I got involved with my housemate and his girl. Then I met a pair of bisexual girls and things took off. I miss uni :twisted:

not specifically as far as I know, tho obviously to some extent the clubs at the younger end of the scene - champagne, fever, kk etc. more often tends to be private parties as most of the clubs won't allow 16/17 yo in, and it's 16-18 yo where this has pretty much come from.
Interesting, I didn't realise they'd be into this at 16/18 years of age.
