teacher and learner situation...It is indeed brainy box! :lol: It was Milgram and it was all about how far you would go for research purposes or in other words what you would do to obey people. Very interesting study but very wrong I thought.
They did this one a few years ago again...for a tv programme, cant remember what it was called now (only caught it once). Very interesting study though..

thanks for the advice i went off to down load jave and give it a trial run...........no change only get 5 min before room fades :cry: i was wondering will it be the lap top settings....i dont know where or wat they are ....but im starting to wonder if it could be that ... only had laptop a couple of months and its been like this since we got it .....thats why i rely on my main computer so much

hi all having major probs with my main computer ..so i am using the lap only problem is .that i can get in the chat room but after 5 min the screen of the chat room freezes so i have to x the room.......are my settings wrong .wat can i do .so that i can say a little more that hi to everyone before freezing out

just a quick update
got the main computer working.....if i open the disc drive and close it quickly as i turn computer on . it then goes to windows....and i then rebooted the comp to a date that is ok............so thats ok.. but now the computer is saying "a usb device has malfunctioner and exceed the power limits of its hub port you should disconnect the device" so i unplugged every thing... key board and camera still works on lap top. but none of the usb ports work on the main computer......does any body know how to fix this problem ??? any advice please ???

no not yet....think everyone will be informed by post...so wont hear anything till next week.......not feeling confident today ... thought ov loads of things i should have said and didnt 
just have to put that down to experience to be gained lol....so i have applied for another 2 posts ....just in case

hi thanks for the reply but i think the main computer has died :cry:
when i turned it on all this writing came up and then asked me to put in the restore disc... and wont even let me into any screens... i tried the disc knowing i will loose every thing on there. but the disc dont seem to be loading or rebooting the computer :uhoh: so i think it has truely died........as for the lap top.... its fine for ages in the site or on internet in general but every time i go in a chat room... within 5 minutes the chat room fades and i have to close the room i wait 5 min then go back...only to find my computer will fade out the room and i loose the chat room once again..gonna really struggle now ..... :cry:
