Ps economy stew uses Tescos value products which are renowned for being high in E numbers added sugar and salt and therefore excellent for my balanced lifestyle

Dont know why i just am. sure the weathers not great the economys in the stew, theres no grand Prix to watch at the weekend but despite this Im in a great mood.

: I was recently making sandwiches for the boys to take to school and carefully put all the relevant bits and pieces in these stupid new lunchboxes and sent them off.
When I got home the eldest asked why he didnt have any lunch I found the sarnie all made up in the bread bin

I smoke quite heavily ,maybee 20 cigars a day on average.
From my point of view if I am with non smokers or a mixed group I dont smoke. I dont smoke in my house or anyone elses even if they do. I have an ashtray in the back garden and thats it
Passive smoking is undoubtedly harmfull. I reserve the right to kill myself but not anyone else
ps Dawn one way of avoiding your clothes smelling is not to wear any :twisted:

Ice and Mark I really like the shit bin idea (for a start it would allow me to find my threads more joking I hope) because the banal and frankly boring posts have certainly increased.
i pop in to have a look but rarely find anything to reply to or that is of any interest.I miss the humour and notice not a few others feel the same.

I think if we are going to be serious (and I really struggle with this concept) the Mods do a really difficult job and have to make value judgements on a regular basis. Very occasionally they make mistakes but are the first to put their hands up in such circumstances
They all do a bloody good job at keeping this Forum what it is and I thank them for that
(and if I didnt Id be scared witless at what Bluexx might do to me )

yes really. When I was about 18 I was driving in a formula ford race at Donnington and could feel a burning sensation but with the adrenalin and all that carried on
At the end of the race I was in agony and it turned out my mechanic must have spilt petrol on the seat whilst fuelling the car.
Oh and 20 odd years later I am still carrying the scars
