I've just been for a hospital appointment - nothing major, just a routine check-up. Afterwards I went into the coffee shop and was enjoying a brew and pastry whilst checking messages on my phone. When I first sat down though, it seems a long way down and I realised the sofa was very low. Over the course of the next few minutes I alternated between eating, drinking checking my phone and idly looking round the room. Nothing special until I noticed a new arrival. She was a middle aged woman dressed in their receptionists outfit of blouse, skirt, heels and what proved to be stockings. I still didn't really pay that much attention until I gradually realised that from my lower vantage point I could see right up her skirt - which confirmed the stockings. At first I thought it was my imagination, but I was pretty certain the same view had not been on show the first time I looked in her direction. I again checked my phone, finished my pastry and drank some more tea before risking another glance - and it was at this point I was convinced she was putting on a bit of a show. Her legs were ever so slightly further apart and her skirt had ridden up a few more inches so that I could now see her white, lacy, pants on display. These were framed by her hold-up stockings. By now I was pretty certain that this was for my benefit so risked looking up at her but, as I did so, she looked away. I surreptitiously looked around me and there was nobody else either in the line of sight, or showing any interest, so it was clearly just for me. When I looked back at her there was no doubt. Whilst not exactly man-spreading, her legs had now fallen even further apart which had the effect of pulling the skirt further up. Not only could I now clearly see her knickers, but I could see that they were damp enough to be sticking to the outline of her cunt lips. Again I looked up at her and again she looked away. Sod it, I thought, she's clearly just happy to tease, so just enjoy the view, which I did for another 5 minutes or so before she got ready to leave. This seemed to involve great difficulty in getting out of her chair without providing even more of a flash before, eventually, she had stood up and walked past me to the exit - flashing me with a lovely smile as she went. I did plan to follow her, but she went back behind the nearby reception desk and into the office behind, closing the door behind her. It was a lovely moment, she clearly got her kicks from flashing but wanted no more than that and I was treated to a very pleasant 15 minute or so interlude to brighten my day.
