I often see this type of  Disclaimer on profiles or similar  ...

Lets face it folks it's a load of rubbish

Firstly How would you find the person that as stole any of your profile or pics

Secondly lets say you did ..and you take action

What would this action be .. a Court case at your expense ..

So you are in court and you are telling the judge that this person as stole your cock or boob pics from a swinging site ..yeah right..the papers would love it plus all your family would find out

If you are worried about your images simply set them to private and only share with people you can trust and think are genuine

Don't bother putting anything like this on your profiles as its meaningless and just takes up server space on this site

it is not enforceable

You're right, it's one of those internet hoaxes that refuses to go away.  Us Mods see it every day and remove it when we do, but it's common on other sites and people just feel they have to copy it across here.  The most robust thing that is in place to protect any user of SH is the AUP and T&Cs that people agree to when they sign up to use the site.

I asked a lawyer friend if my cock pic is my intellectual property. She said "It's your property mate, but there's sod all intellectual about it".
