Well this is something I see almost on a daily basis. Good artical this one.

The terminology in his wording is spot on.
what is it?

I wager its good.
but not as good as
Mods edit: Offensive remark removed after complaint.
You may wish to edit that remark as I find it personally offensive given my personal circumstances of which you are aware but of which others may be less aware.

Oh, I love that. Very much.
I am also intrigued about the source of the cannabis that says nice things to people. Although then I considered whether Mr Littlejohn was actually experiencing drug induced psychosis.

Thanks for that!

I am only aware of what you write on these forums, I know nothing of any other issues.
Anything I do know about you from here, I assume that others do as well?
I would appologise IF I had done anything deliberately wrong, but seeing as nothing was done with any malice then I shall not.
Hope that clears it up.
Another Littlejohn insight.

Ya know if this would have been printed say in the 70's as to how someone perceived Britain to be in the 21st century, most people would have looked upon it as a nightmare scenario.
People would never have believed that this would be happening everyday. Most people would have said catching real criminals is what the Police is all about, but then this is not the 70's anymore....it is politically correct Britain.....nightmare style a lot would say.
The comment " This puts the power of prosecution in the hands of any self-righteous, malevolent mischief-maker, of which we have no shortage ",is so prevalant in todays Britain.
Welcome to the world of 13 years of Labour rule.
How times have changed.
Oh come on we all know Littlejohn is about as capable of insight as kaz is of sucking her own cock.....some things are just impossible
P.S. sorry kaz
I just love peoples political persuasions on this forum.
I bet when this Government is kicked out next month, the forum will go into mourning.

I saw that link and had a look around it, and I have to say it is the biggest load of crap I have read in ages.
Angrymob? It should be renamed....the Labour Party manifesto booklet for cheap thrills.
I cannot believe that anyone would actually register for that site........jeeze.
Follow him on Twitter? Just leave the TER out of that and it will be about right.
Actually he sounds like someone who would be on the front line at a G20 protest!
Another one....

I would love to go back 30 years and take the news headlines of the past year back with me.
I think the ammount of people who would not believe any of it would be huge.
How madness has crept up on us especially over the last rubbish 13 years.
I would rather believe anything I read about this, than some lefty organisation spouting " angry mob " rubbish!
A statement in this link states " All this is enforced by a Town hall apparatus which behaves like the Flying Squad, mounting covert surveillance operations and using anti-terror laws against citizens suspected of the most trivial offences ".
Not having your bin closed is one, or having cameras put into your rubbish bin to make sure you are not putting anything in there you should not....huge fines for those who break these councils rules.
Everywhere I go I see signs for, Congestion charge or low emission zones or, huge fines if you just stray into a bus lane £100. The list goes on and on.
Local councils are nothing more than Gestapo in so many cases, and pick easy targets to bolster their vast financial coffers, at the expense of decent hard working tax payers.
I read about some of the health and safety rubbish local councils ENFORCE onto businesses like this.....

Hurt their backs by lifting a matress fgs?
PC madness and it is in EVERY local council across the land. If I took back things like this to a time when this crap did not happen, I would be locked up in a mental home unlike now where I would be released into the community, oh yes the care in the community scheme.
If I had about 24 hours I could possibly list about half of the new laws and mad regulations that have been brought in over the last 15 years or so.
I detest local councils with an absolute passion.....they are nothing short of crooks and thieves, with their oh so shiny clip boards. I thought traffic wardens were bad.

If you didn't spend all your time cutting and pasting inaccurate crap from buffoons like Littlejohn you might have time to post something accurate.
Incidentally, my friends who work full time for councils are neither thieves nor crooks. Nor do they have shiny clipboards. Why do you feel the need to be so offensive about people who're just doing a job?
Not for doing the job, but the way they carry it out.
Suprise suprise.............you don't like Littlejohn. Now why would I possibly think you would?
A comment on local council waste collections as my Mother just used this service. This is the service where I live that you pay £15 as a non council resident they pick up 3 pieces of large rubbish. Think you can only have it so many times in a year, dont quote me on that though lol
We had two mattress's and a side unit to go. Side unit was in place of a very large wardrobe as that was too troublesome. The reason it was too troublesome is that to move it safely we would have to split it into 3 possibly even 4 parts. Now according to the council if you do that its 3 or 4 items rolleyes Stoopidity. Totally pointless for me to be reassembling a wardrobe outside the house thats going for scrap and its then going to be bloody awkward to move and will probably fall apart if attempted.
Next up one large think mattress as it was a chiropractic one. This stood outside for a week so it got soaked with rain water. Dont know if my Mum phoned the council or they phoned her but on the day of collection turns out its got to be on the pavement outside the house or they wont take it. Its dangerous to carry it up steps  As I was not around my Mum had to do this, Dads not much help he's got various dementia. Needless to say as it was a bit blowy she fell down with it once and nearly a second time. Whilst it was outside by the wall someone in car pulled up and took the side unit that was in front of it  so it fell over the entire pavement and remained like that most of the day according to neighbors. Of course everyone then needs to walk or drive their scooters round it in the road. Someone we dont know who stood it back up eventually.
I was at my Mums house when the collection arrived. Two guys almost of WWE wrestling size made about 3 seconds work of chucking two mattress's over the side of the van. Bet they would have never coped with those 10 inch steps  Theres two elements, health and safety gone wrong and using health and safety gone wrong to make it back to the depot and off home quicker.
Sadly thats whats been created and I dont ever see it going backwards. Where I work I work with cleaners who wont move a chair unless its on wheels  Its all stoopidity

Sorry Kenty, but you called my friends and colleagues thieves and crooks. An apology is in order. You might think it's just banter but it's not. You want to go calling people thieves and crooks, go to the police, but I think it's completely offensive for you to do it on here.

sharing the same council as kenty i am afraid i and many others are of the same opinion and given personal experiences i now think they should be regulated and answerable

For what exactly?
That is MY belief, so why the heck should I appologise for an opinion that I hold?
You will be waiting a long time as they are and they are.....council officials are over zealous money grabbers, and they certainly thieve my money.

Sorry mate, you're an offensive buffoon if you call people thieves on that basis. If you called a named individual a thief on that basis it would be defamatory. So why do the mods allow you to call everyobody on here who works in a town hall a thief?

Did I say everyone who works for councils?
" Local councils are nothing more than Gestapo in so many cases, and pick easy targets to bolster their vast financial coffers, at the expense of decent hard working tax payers ".
If that is the comment you are refering too, then " so many cases " does not equate to EVERY case. Now had I of said EVERY case then I could see your arguement.
Local councils target decent law abiding taxpayers, either by snooping on bins, or puting cameras in bins, to walking the streets fining people who drop a fag butt. There are so many other cases of over zelous councils officials acting like judge and jury, handing out pieces of paper with massive over the top fines.
In one of my local council car parks they sneakily changed the times when you could park for free. They changed it from 6pm to 10 pm with a tiny little notice put up to show this. Then at they would turn up mob handed in a van and in military precision target every car that had no ticket with an £80 fine.
Yes they are crooks when they behave in this manner....

Can you point out in what bit of that story where the councils are breaking the law?
I have read it twice and still didn't find it.
This would be similar if your printing shop charged £1 a print and the one down the road charged 80p a print. Would that make you a crook.......or just a different charging scheme.

Council bashing is simply a newspaper version of shooting fish in a barrel. Councils do the shittiest jobs on the tightest of budgets in my considerable experience. (You get to see a lot of council workers living under a bench)
