So many new taxs come into force....and dispite all the posturing about getting people back to work...I quote from the report
" But it is one earner families with children who will be worst affected, according to report.
The report actually concludes that the main winners from these reforms are non-working lone parents, being the only household type to gain on average.
Amazingly, the reforms "will slightly weaken the incentive to work at all", according to the IFS "
Thanks Mr Cameron, nice idea...put people out of work, and then give them little incentive to find alternative work !! So much for the Tories being the low tax party.
so..you think...puting people out of work..and therefore not paying income tax..and earning more money in employment benifet with reduce the deficit ! interesting economics.
My way forward would be to keep people in work, and therefore paying taxes...therefore not paying out unemployment beniefit..and people may just go out then and buy stuff...and low and behold, pay VAT and increase money coming into the treasury.
Instead we now have a government that increases unemployment.. increases taxes, and cuts services.
Dont worry Dean, there is still plenty of spare cash they havnt told us about.
