There has been quite a bit of adverse comment on Partners in the Lets Meet Up section.
Happilly we can report that we visited on at night and everything seemed fine. there was a good and varied mix of folk with a wide spread of age appearance (and sex--reasonable balance of single males>)
The atmosphere was friendly and well mannerred with pleasant staff.
Mrs V was approached with an offer of a quick sketch session. This was definately a first, and different to the usual offer. The 'artist' had no trouble in getting her to display her assets, using the line that he wanted to capture the essence of her mature self asurance.
(personally I think he has captured the look of a demented ferret--but than again everything is in the eye and mind of the beholder)
Anyway, we will certainly continue visiting
some people just dont know how to behave, me personally would definatly put off if that happen to me! sorry to hear, does that kind of thing happen often? as ive never been before
I was one of the post Wigan munchers and it was my first time in a club (2 cherries in one night!) and I thought it was fab. I was a little bit shy about getting involved but had some great snogs and a little bit more and had some great and silly chat with various people.
Would definitely go again.
I know exactly how to sort these shitbags out.
If the management wont do it, then we should!!
Only been to Partners once and all was fine, but if this had happened when i was there with my wife there would have been something done about it....deffo.
When are we going to learn, not to allow others to ruin our enjoyment.
Must just add my two penn'orth here. We stopped going to Partners about a month ago because of 3 young couples - no doubt the same ones as here, who arrived drunk and proceeded to spoil the atmosphere of the whole club. We could perhaps have lived with the smoking in the wet area and the coarse comments, but the final straw was in the orgy room when one of the couples entered and the man spat on my partner as she bent over and tried to enter her, without any previous contact whatsoever (and without a condom). Needless to say we left immediately although not without another clown trying to push his erection in both our faces as we were getting changed.
Our (and other peoples) complaints to the management brought the response of "yeah I know, but there's nothing I can do". Well there's something we can do - which is not go back. A pity as we did like the wet area !!

Only on one occasion something like that has happened when I've been there.
I was with a couple in the room when a few guys started banging on the door and making noises. We laughed it off and they enventually stopped, but I really did want to spark their lights out!
Apart from that it's been really good when I've been.
we have been to partners for a few months now and never had a problem, everyone is friendly and always have a smile on thier faces, we beileve its one of the best clubs in manchester (that do couples only nights) and will certainly keep visiting.
We have been going to Partners regulary for quite a while now, and always have a really good time... we find Clive and Dave wonderful hosts, and the rest of the staff really friendly and welcoming... and party nights there are excellent!!! I can see how it could be off-putting if rowdy/drunk couples are spoiling the evening, however I would urge people to put these complaints in context... because it is very far and few between that incidents like this happen.
we have attended Partners for many years now, we used to go every Saturday night, loads of couples used to attend and most were chattya, altho there were as many single males in as couples they were never usually any trouble.
We no longer attend every week as we have found on the few occasions we have attended that the club has been more of a library than a swingers club and far too many single males are allowed into the club we were there a couple of weeks ago chatting to a nice couple in the pool when young lads came in all were wearing boxers which made us think they were not swingers but just a group looking for cheap thrills
one of these lads jumped into the pool when we told him it wasnt allowed he said he knew but it was a laugh these lads were eventually thrown out of the club not sure if it was because of there behaviour or because of what they were smokin but no doubt they WILL be allowed back in as its money in the pockets of the clubs owners
