Hmmmm...bit of a prob here for me...I agree cock pics aren't either nice, acceptable, or I believe even legal (should they be erect) in the god forsaken legal world of this country. Yet we are happy to accept tits out no problem.
Ok, so it's not illegal and I ain't gonna complain if some lady wants to display her wares (lol), but it seems more than hypocritical that the guys get panned for it (legality wise or not) yet the ladies are openly encourgaed by the users of the forum.
I said it before in kit-Kats thread re: "freedom"...where's the consistency? I know for definite that complaints of cock shot won't stop cos a guy posts a flaccid member, so lets have an all or nothing policy re the avatars and stop having a go at guys who want to display their wares...
(As to the legality side re an erect cock..mods go trawl the ads and remove every one that has a pic of an erect penis....hmmm..not enough hours in the day me feels....or is that fact that no-one reports them an indication that they are really not that unwanted in the forum either..who knows...but go full on one way or the other..please!! )

Sorry Alex, hope you didn't think I was having a go at you...but can't see the face argument re ladies...if guys were to do it...they will still get panned... my argument is consistency...not a personal attack against anyone.
My view is feel free to post what you are comfortable with...its the double standards that pervade that annoy me.

I do not disagree with Stu /Fran.... but I do think that there is generally more acceptance of the naked or semi naked female form from both male and female, than there is of the naked male member.....yes it is not equal but that is the case in society.... we cannot deny that such members exit and I am confident that many ladies here are well pleased that they do....
I would hate to see imtimate avatarts banned... I hate dot see anything banned.... but in same way that ALex's airbags may put me of my tea so might IYMBE's intimate avatar put others off theirs!!!

We have had this debate already - pussy shots are as unattractive as dick shots and are not encouraged and not nice. No double standards there at all - bare fronts are another matter. The female breasts are more seen in everday life than the other bits and so are not offensive and certainly much more beautiful.
If you want to see dick or pussy shots then go look in the ads section - HUNDREDS there and I defy anyone to recognise one man's dick from another! This is a forum, and specifically a cafe and so should be free from such shots.

BTW - I totally agree with your comments Fran about the comments made to some postings. New people sometimes don't understand the ethos of the site and so post things which upset others. At times the responses from some regular members has been less than helpful or constructive.

And i think that is the same with the majority of the females on here.
So, I don't think there are double standards really. I would certainly side with equality.

Stu.... isuspect it is more to do with what is aestheically pleasing.... lets face it cocks whether flaccid or not do look comic where as I have never found anything about a woman to be comic.... sometimes I may choose to look the other way ( airbags for instance), but on the whole the design characteristics of the female form are just mor pleasing on the eye.... After all the fuss, i just have to say in defence of IYMBE's pork sausage pic i loved it. I love a cock pic anyday. Admittedly some are ugly and many are comical, but this particular one was quite nice :!:
