Actualy on this occasion I was being good as well... I really do mean why does it all fizz up when you tap it with another glass bottom... but only on the top... and generaly only with Stella... otherwise the trick just doesn't work.
Damn, now butters is being good we will never know about all the other fruits and vegitables... presumably you use butter on occasion too ;)

A friend of mine used to deliver pop, aka lemonade, cola, orange etc.
One wintery night he got home from the pub slightly anhebriated, he forgot to unload his van.
Well it froze that night, when he opened his van doors next morning all he could see was fountains of brightly colored frozen liquid flyng like rainbows in the back of his van.
