I was astounded when I read this artical, and the influence that the European courts have over our legal system.

This guy is a total tosser, costing us God knows how much money. He has spouted his crap against us, collected his benefit cheque, and taken us for mugs.
Now her gets awarded money because HIS human rights have been violated? What the heck is going on here?
This guy should be kicked out, and left to his own devices when he reaches the country that would no doubt give him the best of presents........the noose!
To think that our money is being given to this animal, to continue to spout his hatred towards us, and then Europe dictates to us we have broken " their " unelected laws, really takes the final biscuit.
Kick him out....bollocks to what Europoe says. If they want his human rights protected, then let them have him. Let them have him on our streets spouting hatred, but they won't.
mad :x :x :x :x :x :x :x
When will this poxy country ever learn? Other countries must think we are the biggest mugs on Earth, and they would be right.
Help- someone out, give them money and a place to live. Let them have their extreme views, and let them incite hatred...then when we complain about it, give him money as he has been upset a bit...........awwwwwwwwwwwww didums.
Boot him out with a size 12 pair of steel toecapped boots.

:D can isak what you might reply to my reply from my first question ?
But seriously although I dont always agree with 777's posts and there are some elemants of this post i'm not sure about, but the accusation that his post is "nazi" is extreme
but then if that was not your intention then I aplogise

Kent, it's 'article'. You spell it so often, at least do it properly!

I actually agree with kenty on this one, the person he refers to is not a nice person but yes I was using the Jackboot Nazi analogy because of his "Boot him out with a size 12 pair of steel toecapped boots" which seems a bit Nazi.
yet again another moan at this country and its systems....
and yet again another misrepresentation of the true position and issues in the case...
If we are going to debate these issues then surely having some understanding of them would help.
European judges ruled that his detention without trial breached his human rights.... they awarded the money... against Britain!!! as a result of Britains failings to respect Human Rights.
He lost the latest round of his UK legal battle to stay in Britain..... therefore doesnt this show that the British system is not protecting him anymore and was prepared to keep him locked up without trial for as long as possible. Again, I see this as a fault of the British system
He won a separate case in the European Court of Human Rights that his detention under anti-terror laws introduced by the Government after the 2001 attacks on America violated the Human Rights Convention...... Threfore, this goes someway to show that the British law breached Human rights and requires sometime intervention to protect the rights of all those living here...
Countries /governments cant just hold people without trial without producing a case!!! Even though they wish to.
They have done away with the right to silence, reasonable suspicion to make arrest lawful etc and would do anything to make the trial system easier for law enforcement, and harder for the member of the public.
I think people just see these articles involving Moslems, compensation and the courts and write their own script..... highly dangerous and a reminder to us all to do a little research and assimalate facts in our own minds before harping on about the way things should or shouldnt be.... at the risk of being likened to a Nazi....
I mean, if your gonna lambast the system ... at least pick examples that work.... ill informed reports on apparently light sentencing and Human Rights issues simply wont cut it.
We think the human right of the British population not to be targeted by terrorists or insulted by their sympathisers should have precedence. GB should have kicked him out years ago. Who cares what happens to him abroad? He doesn't care about us!
Let's hope we have the guts to raise 2 fingers to our European masters and kick out all the other preachers of hate. We are a sovereign nation not a colony of Brussels! evil

Surely though, if one is going to accuse someone of terror/wrongdoing a case should be brought using a fair and timed (within a fair time limit)system ...if not you end up with Guantanamo Bays around the world and Secret police forces who "arrest" enemies never to be seen again.
Im not saying this fella and others arent vile criminals who might deserve jail at the least.... but if your gonna have a process let it be fair. If you set up a system on the premis that it is fair... let it be tested and subject to the scrutiny of a higher court.
The people to blame in this instance are the prosecuting authority... they have wasted the time and the money that makes people angry.
They didnt manage to produce a case, bring evidence to trial or justify their actions....

What a lot of human rights there are there.
There is only one word I would say about people like this, and their " human rights ". BOLLOX
It is such a pity that the people he spouts his rubbish at,or aims his vile ramblings at, cannot use the same human rights rubbish.
Give people human rights when they deseve them, but take it away when they do not. This guy is a danger to all of us, and his rantings and his hatred of us all, did not stop him from picking up his large benefit money.
Talk about bite the hand that feeds you!

Sorry Kenty... I didn't even read your rant, sorry artical... I'll come back to it later! lol
if you guys think that is lunacy .... I can actually beat that today....

I think it is more to do with the general sense of "blame culture" than is to do with any particular country.....
Was this chap actually convicted of something?

actually under law... can't send someone back to a country that uses torture as a method of gaining prosecutions...or has the death penalty as punishment for the crime they are going to face....
hence why in cases where they are sent, for example, to the US... they sign agreement to say they can't (hence life without parole)
the same agreement which means he can now be sent to jordan on charges of terrorism.....

Actually... that is the funny bit about what kent has written and delightfully left out.....
Nothing like a bit of research eh.....
in the UK he actually hasn't, the worst thing he has done is going on the run just before government moves to introduce new anti-terror laws allowing suspects to be detained without charge or trial.
He have never been charged with anything in the uk
jordan want him in regards to charges they had against him for terrorism, but like I said in post before they punishment was the death penalty... so they had to sign an agreement saying they wouldn't in this case....
he has been fighting extrodiction for the past 4 years.....
hope that helps....
oh... and kenty also forgot to mention that he helped in the case of getting kidnappers to release norman kember but putting out a plea for the hostages release.........
Of course the guy is completly innocent of everything, except inciting hatred, and believed to be involved in terrorist organising.
oh Kent i bet you would be good at inciting hatred oh and spouting ill informed Bollox!!!

Interesting bollox worth discussing though.

oh Kent i bet you would be good at inciting hatred oh and spouting ill informed Bollox!!!

Meaning?
So all the news reports are wrong....all the papers are wrong......the Government is wrong? Ah I see now nearly everyone is talking bollox except you, and a couple of others.
Ah got it.
Must make mental note.......( the majority have got it wrong, and the minority is right ). Understand completly.
Btw I do not incite any kind of hatred buddy, I express MY opinion, it quite clearly states what one of those is in the dictionary. It makes for a good read ya know.
The thing is the law is wrong, that has to be changed, but until it is, the man has a right to go to The European Court, and appeal.
Even a man who has come in to our country illegally has rights.
That is just the way it is, the system in place has to be changed.
As for the money, of course that is a joke, but again, its the system that needs changing.
I saw today that 2 over zealous BACS from Westboro Baptist church, were not allowed into Britian, as it is deemed their anti gay mouths spewing venom and calling for gays to be killed, unacceptable to be spoken over here, and righly so!
Just more people trying to spout off madness and cause division and unrest in Britian.
Well done on that one!
Ah so Kent are you stating the majority is always right then? A majority is usually someone with the biggest following and at the time of the Nazis in Germany Hitler had the majority so i guess your saying he was right.
Reading your posts yes you do have an opinion and god help anyone who has a different one to you very much a case of he who shouts the longest and the loudest.
If Britain is so bad why are you still here? where would you go that is som much better and as you have so many opinions about all the things that are wrong are you personally doing anything about them???
There are men and women like me who fight all over the world in the Marines and Raf and Army for Britain, it really is a good job we dont hold your opinions on our country and how poor it is or we just would not bother would we? leaving you where?
Answer in a completely law less state where there are no human rights for anybody, where the majority think they are right and to hell with the minority, where torture, stoning and hangings are handed out without a fair trial!
I am not sticking up for the guy i have seen what the Taliban and Bin Laden are all capable of but a guy can not be hung for spouting what is only his OPINION and his beliefs, otherwise your in trouble one day Kent cos he is only doing what you do, all be it you have a much smaller following.
So the guy has not been to court or tried by his peers.........yet he is guilty of what? If this country has enough evidence then they should proceed to court, if not then they should release the person or face a civil case and lose......just like what has happened.

The National Socialists only had about 30-40% of the vote, but there was a number of parties so the vote was spread thin and they got in as the senior party and not as a majority.
As for the rest of your post.......I don't see the relevance of bringing up of our forces fighting overseas dunno The debate is about this guy and British and European legislation
