Hey you know something about my brother I don't?
Am I the only one to notice you've got a BRIAN the size of a planet?
Once more with feeling.........
It refers to my brother and the fact he has a 11inch member and did no how or want to use it. Happily he now has a girlfriend who walks with a limp and a big grin. xxx

n x x x x :P
Sorry - I had to ask - it's been bugging me for days now - haven't been able to sleep - getting really edgy - coping by getting very drunk - had a huge row with the wife - now going to get divorced and lose the house - and it's all Brian's fault!!!!!!!
Only joking wink
Can't help it if we breed them big in London lol
On the subject of meeting up with people you know from your real life I'll repeat a story I've told before about my first visit to a swingers club redface
I was sooooooo nervous my first time and had bought a small bottle of vodka on my way there, (Partners doesn't have a licence so you take your own alcohol) It was a Saturday night and really busy and while I was panicking in the car we saw lots of people walking in with carrier bags.
When I'd eventually plucked up enough courage to actually open the car door, a single guy walked in front of us (we were still in the car at this point) with the tell tale carrier bag.......... a salesman from my place of work!!!
I immediately shut the car door again and said there was no way I could possibly go in now. After speaking on the phone to a couple I knew were in there, and having been given a talking to by my partner lol I was eventually convinced that I should go in anyway, try to avoid him, and reminded of the fact that we were both there for the same reason.
I did eventually go inside (I think we'd been parked up for about 25 minutes by then!) and I did see him in the lounge area, but I was behind him and I don't think he saw me. If he did, he's never said anything to me - and I've never said anything to him either.
Now that I'm more relaxed with the whole thing after attending a couple of munches and a party, if I was to see him in there again I'd probably talk to him and tell him the story of that night just to find out whether he HAD seen me or not, but I certainly wouldn't bring up the subject at work.
I'm sure that he wouldn't want colleagues to know about his swinging activities any more than I would so I don't really worry about it too much any more. I suppose it's all down to the type of person they are anyway. Some people don't have a problem with telling everyone that they are swingers, others would rather keep it a closely guarded secret. My main worry would be that he was of the former persuasion but I just have to keep faith in the fact that even if he doesn't mind them knowing about HIM, he'd be discreet about MY private life.
I think it's fair to say that the vast majority of swingers would be discreet about other people anyway. I certainly hope so!
HTH
Hey, hey - thread rescued from close hijack there!! And to think I was gonna offer you my dvd of the ENTIRE first series of the L Word butters!!!! Tut wink
Thanks Angel!! biggrin Guess I'm just gonna have to cross each one of those bridges one at a single time.
Now I just gotta find me someone to go to a club with as well.
Re butters999999's quote at the end of her posts:
I thought it was a mispelling of "Brain the size of a planet and can't be arsed to use it"!!!!
Silly me!..I thought it was ODD given that butters is such an articulate poster - now all is explained! rolleyes

Really, it isn't a big deal, well not as big a one as you think when you're new.

Okay so I came across this in my weekly trawl of the old posts rolleyes
Anyone who knows me will also know that I was Shynewbie before I became a Rainbow.
Anyway - the purpose of resurrecting this was to acknowledge just how true these words from Blue are.
My views on meeting any one of you in the real world are now sooo different. It's kinda like having a whole new set of friends and I feel a whole lot more comfortable.
So this is kind of a "thank you" to all those who took the time to answer back then and to all my new "friends" here.
kiss
And if any of you newbies out there have the same "concerns" I hope my resurrecting this old post helps you out too xx

I met a guy who I had previously been manager to in a job and a woman with whom I had been her first sexual partner. There was absolutely no change in the dynamics between us, and we spoke and behaved as if we were together the first time.

... it is a terrible thing for a man to find out suddenly that all his life he has been speaking nothing but the truth.....
