I love Autumn and Winter time the most out of the seasons of the year.

Is it self-diagnosed SAD then? Surely your doctor would have advised you about light boxes; they are mentioned on the first page of SAD websites. I'm inclined to think that SAD is no more than someone being particularly miserable in winter.
I love winter. All that lovely snow, long dark nights, curtains shutting out the world and cosy in front of the fire. Lovely. At least you can get warm when you're cold. Raspberries to bloody summer!
