cant read my mail

You have been into 'My Mailbox' and clicked on the bolded messages in the list?

What are you clicking on, the mailbox or the mail in the box?
I'm not sure how to help myself but someone might if you're a bit more discriptive of the problem.

i click on my mail then on the mail inside, the lttle hand comes up but nothing happen when i click.

I sent you a PM but I guess you can't read it;
Are you using IE, Firefox or another browser, also do you have a PC or a Mac
If the left click isn't working have a go at right clicking and selecting forward.
Also if you go into My Settings and select 'Forward The Message to my email' you will be able to read your PM's as they come in while we are trying to figure out what is happening.

I even phoned him and he is looking at the right page in his pm box and clicking on the correct place, but nothing seems to be happening

ive tried clicking left but the forward bit doesnt highlight. ive changed my settings to send the messages in future to my email to see what happens.

In the meantime the only thing that I can think of is that the onClick javascript isn't working for your browser, could be that if you use Aol there's some setting that can be changed but a better solution may be to change the code, I'll let Nick_W know whats happening.

I have just had a pm from Young and it looks like things are improving, thanks to admin and the teckkie gang in admin office.
They have done some sort of teckkie temp. fix for him so he can at least read his pm's etc
