Actually there is a serious side to all of this....
If kids dont learn how to accept coming last, or failing... how the feck are they going to cope with real life after school?
I'm not saying that schools should be-little kids, but when going into the big wide world they are going to have no life skills to handle rejection and being under someone else in the work place.... the true skill of a teacher and school is to show you how to persue the best aspects of your life, and to accept graciously that somethings will never be your strengths.... take away the competition to find where your strenghs lye, and what then... you'll come out feeling like the world is great, that you are "good" at everything and... oh boy... are you in for a real bad shock!
