i'll tell you what is nice tho, boil some potatoes take them out when about half done, place on baking try and cover in marmite and bung in oven for about 20 mins, got me thro many months of dieting did that one lol

My mam once gave me cheese and marmite sandwiches, as she had run out of and my mam still struggle to communicate.
Not sure what concoction she gave my dad but they still find it hard to talk and it was back in 1976.

This brings back memories - I used to love Marmite on toast as a child (Marmite mixed with butter first, before spreading on fresh hot toast - b'utiful)
