I'm too young (just) for the beatles and however wonderful they were (and I do have 'Let it Be' and 'Sgt Peppers' and both compilation red and blue doubles) they just can't compete with the best in the world ever!
Did have gershwin on this morning whilst working though, Rhapsody in Blue, and for chilling music it's a bit special. Goes down well with g&t in the sunshine!
i too am far too young for the beatles however i have every album they have produced and there is no group past or present that can compete with what they have acheaved and nobody has there song wrighting ppl like the poor mans beatles (oasis)tbh i cant see the conection they are not in the same class the only thing to link them is the beatlish video's oasis keep doing. the music however is miles off the mark
