Do you think we could have a room in the chat for regular forum posters? cos whenever I go in there I hardly recognise anyone.
I did try to start a room like it twice today, but it just disappeared- what did I do wrong?

Its unlikely to be that successfull FL, whilst some of the users of each function do cross over, each section has had its own dedicated users who for the most part tend to stick to the area that they prefer. That poisition might well change with the recent changes, but traditionally the two have had different users.
Oh bugger is it just us that loves both then

I am a Reg .......... and would love to post in the fourm during the day and go into a normal type chatroom in the evening .......... I have tried half a dozen times to do the new chatroom ........ but it freezes on me and when it unfreezes the screen is just full of whispers saying fancy a shag !
So I will stick to the forum until we get a CHAT room back !

Generally our experience so far is that the forums and the chatrooms are 2 separate animals.
When in the chatroom we get more and more pissed off by the minute until we finally go aaaarrrggghhh and close it.
I'm sure with time we'll plot a sane course through it...though we're not holding our breath.
I think a few more permanent rooms might solve a few problems.
