Ok so this has probably been done before, but me and some friends were talking and said if you could change anything about yourself what would it be, personality traits or personal features?
For me i would like to have more self confidence.

bugger where do I start !!!......well the extra chins can go for a start FFS!!!...what the hell happened there....woke up one Thursday morning a few years back and some slime ball had been round, nicked all me hair and left two more chins as a part exchange....not happy not happy at all, bloody two chins is no exchange for a head of hair.
....and whilst we are on the subject, what the hell happened to me ears. nice cute little things they were when I had hair to cover em and now me hair gets nowhere near em ,they go and decide to thicken up, I kid you not, if the next steak I'm served in a restuarant is half as thick as my ears, I will walk out happy that I've had value for money.
If I'm having the chins and ears altered, then I might as well get the nose sorted as well, never been happy with it, too damn big for my liking.
What with me nose, me chins, that must have restricted my ability to look down, alongside the belly that used to be me dads years ago, is it any wonder I wear slip on shoes !!! I can't see to tie laces anymore, so I want to alter these things so I can wear lace up shoes!

Hey it's your thread guys, have as many things done as you want.....just make sure that any reduction you have goes straight in the bin cos as sure as eggs are eggs, some baRstard will sneak over to my house and sew them onto me in the middle of the night..
On the whole, I'm fairly happy with myself. Infact I think I'm quite an nice person 
However, I would like to be more assertive cos I'm a shy little flower really
On the physical side I'd like to have lazer surgery to correct my vision. Being long sighted, I can't see anything within 3 feet of my face unless I'm wearing my specs
This is not such a bad thing when you consider some of the ugly people around, but I'd still like to see just *how* ugly they are without wearing my bins
Oh and a fair amount of liposuction wouldn't go amiss either

I'd like a flatter tummy, slightly thinner waist and a touch off my thighs!
Oh and perfect sight - I was going to have my eyes lasered a couple of years ago, but I would still have had to wear glasses - so no point in the expense and discomfort!

I've heard the sameD, also I know a couple of people who have had to go back for repeat surgery because of scar tissue. I am pleased that I wasn't a viable case for the op now
