I always thought S Cowell had a bit of decency about him, but after watching tonight, he is full of shit.
He ALWAYS bleats on about how this is a " singing competition " yet decided to once again lose his bottle.
What a smug hypocrite he is.
I really hope none of his acts wins the show....smug arrogant and a bottler, and decided not to do the RIGHT thing. He has gone right down into the gutter in my opinions, and I think the decision to keep those two twots in,just goes to show that the X factor, is running out of time.

Let's face it, the x-factor has never been about the singing ... it's always been about how many viewers Simon Cowell can pull in.
It was all four judges who put John and Edward through to the round where they go to the judges houses - if they really thought they were crap how did they get that far.
Simon Cowell put them through because he knew they would cause controversy. If they weren't in it what would we all be talking about?
The x-factor has always been about the judges. If it was about the contestants there would be more of them still around now, making money. Leona Lewis was a fluke they didn't expect.
It's a shame because the contestants are the pawns in their game ... once the show is finished I don't think Simon and co really care what happens to any of them. There should be a show called Judge Factor, see who can actually make a winner into a success!
John and Edward, love them or hate them, are two 17 year old lads who are being used. I actually felt really sorry for them last night. If Simon had sent them home x-factor would have lost half of it's viewers.
Ok ... rant over![]()

Sorry I have to disgree with you here, there are still a lot of the previous x factor contestants still around, I think it unfair to say they are forgotten. A lot of them and I don’t mean winners get openings from the show, but maybe prefer it out of the spot light but still quiet a few have success on the back of the show. I know some are now performing in the west end in top shows. While others have gone on cut albums and have backed other artists in places like Wembley area, 02 ect, these chances I don’t think would have happened without appearing on the X factor.
How can you say just Leona has made it, how about Shane Ward, Ray Quin, Darksparrow to name a few.
