If it's anything like the Google earth one, some areas could be more recent than others.
When Mr W gets in, I'll be able to date ours to within a 1 year period as the drive we had put in on our arrival is there- but his workshop isn't.

Go check quick, the picture might be recent and the bastards will steal anything these days.
Feck! And the barstewards who knicked his workshop made my car dirty on the way past too! mad
It's not as acurate as it appears...................PKHQ is a new development our street did not exist untill 2 years ago and yet it does show our street and names it. However it defies all logic as the buildings it shows are the ones that were here before PK's development was built. So yes it knows our street and post code however it seems to run through the middle of the old building that ocupied the site. To put it in simple terms according to microsoft live maps I park my car on top of a 3 story building that was knocked down at least 3 years ago confused
Shows our close but thats it..
No houses cars or anything...
Mind you...............Only been here 11 years
Our picture is this year, anywhere from March because we had a new car :eeek:
looked at the ones for both ymca's in maidstone, the one at loose dates from about 97 as it still shows the cricket pitch and the one from tovil shows the old roof so thats about 8 years old
fLucking hell, my parents house has a picture less than 3 months because they were half way through the conservatory :eeek:
I could probably work out exactly which weekend the picture was taken but its between 3 months and 6 weeks ago :eeek:
It would seem that this is very much up to date in parts although there are gaps and some areas are well out of date. but full marks for the image control as its possible to genuinely rotate these images to get a good all round view. Its a shame that the zoom is not more deeper but hey ho! Deffo one to bookmark along with multimap and google earth I think !
LOL mines the grey/silver car infront of the white car, to the left of the white van and behind the red car.... like how cool is that!!!!

You can see it better from this angle....

Does that count as my 15 mins of fame, lol

Get yourself into a intelligence service and yer never know and lets hope that the bits they can see with these type of things now or in the near future, never make it as a commercial venture.
