I really am beginning to think there's a problem with the mobo.
Only other thing is that in the instruction book for the mobo it says ct5880 chipset and *(can't remember off the top of my head)* CODEC. Only I can't find the codec installed in the codec list. confused

Right I've finally given up! After spending all yesterday on this problem (plus a few hours at work this morning) I've admitted defeat and bought
Hopefully it won't give me any trouble when I come to install it and I'll be able to digital recordings straight onto my minidisc. biggrin

The main reason I bought it was because I wanted the optical Toslink outs to connect to my MD. biggrin

I'll probably just be using the stereo outs (for now) to connect to a Teac Ref 300 amp and a set of cheap speakers. Gotta be some benefits to working in the audio trade. lol

i hope that some one can help.i am trying to hand activate my email thing so i can use photo ads and to do so i have to type the user value and the key do the user value start on the line of writing i have recieved at my email,ie u+28851&act and also the same question about the key you can help i would be very gratfull and could make you some specialisd some one can help

Neglected to say that the symptoms of my syndrome are -
Thread carries clear thechno shite warning but I still read it
First post baffles me but still I read it
Continue to read the entire thread even though have no idea what it is about
Especially as I have not been online for over a week and there are 7 pages of unread posts on this site and yet I'm strangely drawn to the ones I have no hope of understanding!
