im the new guy in town - hi everyone.
im extremely new to this and just decided to give it a try the other day. if there is somebody who firstly could teach me the general ways of swinging or advice, that would be nice then i could get on to getting to know some/all of you better and then can meet up and who knows.?

Advice eh? Tough one really because people don't know you or what you are about etc. So my advice to you would be to have a good ol think about what you are after from this site. Have a think about what you would like to experience - this can range from something social right up to something pretty extreme, with a whole range of things in between
You can try this for starters tho http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/advice/index.html and not forgetting to take a look round the Cafe :D
Once you've done that, worked it out, then take the first steps into achieving that.

Cheers guys & gals. ive read the articles some of you wrote on advice, must of taken a long time to remember let alone type it all out!
i will have to get to know you all in the near future, im not thinking about meeting anyone, more of just chatting for now. bit shy to meet up with strangers to be honest.
