Hi there sarah
We just wanted to be one of the first in saying a big thankyou for your efforts in organising the Nottingham Munch which we both enjoyed tonight, and although we had to leave early we both still enjoyed it so much , we just wish we was brave enough to chat to more people lol, but to the ones we did Notts-Couple and Randy_Kouple may we take this time to thankyou guys also for your company tonight.

Having been quiet for some time, due to impending babydom, it's our privilege to start this thread and come back to the forums after a long hiatus...
Firstly, Thanks to Sarah for organising a great night at a cool venue.
Nextly, thanks to Darkfire and Dambuster for welcoming us back into the fold, so to speak, and to Jas and Earthchild for chatting with us for most of our evening, nice to meet some new peeps and good to catch up with some we haven't seen for a while!
Lastly, thanks to Vix, for surprising Mr Hugs, and hopefully we''ll see y'all again when when baby H has arrived in around 8 weeks!

That was without doubt the busiest munch we've ever been to thanks for all who were involved in organising it especially Sarah, we had a great time.

well what can i say? other than had a fantastic night .i would like to take this oppurtunity to say a very big thank you to Sarah,and anyone else who was involved in organising this munch without you people us mere mortals would not have such a great time. big thanks hun and

What a great night was great to see evryone again and meet som new faces to me. Also was good to catch up with a few of the mids room folks again.
Yes Shireen was a fab send off the hotel gave us all wasnt it i also have a pic on my phone of it rotflmao

Now i had an impromptu shoe show in the hotel bar after returning and if anyone tells you all i tried one on i deny all knowledge especially a pink glitter one lol

Phoenix and DD here to thank everyone for a great evening.
Phoenix especially enjoyed the clothes swap shop downstairs and I liked the lipstick department up on the first floor :twisted:
A big thanks to Sarah for still speaking to me this morning after I nearly hung, drew and quartered her cause there was no carpark at the hotel we stayed at and for my longsuffering playmate who had to have very deep pockets but never grumbled once bless him kiss

To all who helped me up and down the stairs and Reese for carrying my drinks for me when I was stuck with too much in my hands lol

Sarah & Mal - thankyou for a fab night, definately the biggest I've been to so far .....soooo many people! Happy Birthday hun and bloody well done kiss

I have a few thankyou's to do, especially to those who took the time to chat with Mr Dark & make him welcome and at ease, it meant alot to me, and him of course lol

Just adding my thanks to Sarah and the other organisers of the munch. Superb event and had a great time. Great to see old friends and put a face to new ones. Even though I didn't circulate much I did enjoy myself heaps. lol

Oh and happy birthday Sarah and hope all the green faces at brekkie this morning are now pinky and perky again. See there is an advantage to being teetotal after all. cool

Last thing.... To the person that was taking pictures of me on his mobile phone in the hotel bar later in the evening..... I dont recall you asking my permission to do so and I ask that you delete them immediately..... I was not impressed!! You NEVER take pictures without asking the other persons permission first!!

The door hunks and bitches spot on as always, and to the venue doormen wave

I am fairly sure you are looking in, thanks as well !
Dambuster for venue checking, a hard job but some one has to do it! lol

To the staff of the venue for looking after us all so well.
And most of all to you all for coming and making it a great night, approx 185 people there.
(those who confirmed and did not attend without out letting me know why, will be getting a pm from me and your names sent to the Mods for the no show list)
Thank you all for being so generous with the collection, after everything had been paid off, there was £50 left over and this was given to someone who is doing a charity walk who will be along to explain what and where etc later.
Thank you all for the birthday snogs !!! and my 'sister' for arranging a snog line up!! :twisted:

Thanks so much to Sarah and her bunch of helpers for making this Notts munch absolutely amazing - i loved it!! Was a great idea for us to have whole venue to ourselves - loads more room and time to get round most people. I know tho, that i didnt get round to saying hi to people i wanted to but hopefully i will at the next one.

Lovely to meet old friends and some new ones too. I didn't spot any munch newbies sitting shaking in corners after they'd had the first couple of drinks so you must have all relaxed and enjoyed yourselves.

I'm still incredibly hungover and very tired so I'll keep this short n sweet.
Thankyou Sarah for a fab Munch. Special thanks to Mal who worked so hard to get me there, Alex_Female for taking me, Dundeecpl for putting up with my grunting in the car and Dave_Notts for giving me a bed for the night.
Was the best ever feeling to see so many "old" faces and lots of new ones too.
I had afew firsts:
I got to jingle Jas's jangly bits
I remembered people's names (mostly!)
I don't think I made a complete tw@ of myself
I invaded Vix's corner - and very nice it was too.
Can the person who plied me with tequila and sambucca at the hotel after, please PM me with a full apology!!
Last night is proof enough for why I came back - thanks to you all xxxx
