I do it in the back garden. I stick up a strategically placed screen and if they really want to perv then good luck to 'em!!

Well... here is the answer

Basically... from what i can gather is all about "intent"... basically.. if you intend to cause distress then yes thats bad.. but if you want to expose your nipples to the sun in the privacy of your back garden then its ok
on thing of note.. that the neighbour FILMED her naked..... personally i would have charged the neighbour with making indecent images..... ahhahhahahhahah

hmm well seing as i never have time to sunbathe when the sun is out, i go to the sunbeds, yes you can sunbathe nude in there quite easily lol

I was thinking the same thing - why pay for the sunbed for an all over tan when the glorious sunshine would do it for free if there was just somewhere I could get naKed!

Well there is the fish pond, but it is sicky at the moment, I lost all my large Koi which were about 16 years old or so at the weekend.
Normally deck / patio / sun lounger type chairs are used here for sun bathing lol
