Have you really looked HERE?
Actually, if you look at the 'buttons' when you are making a post, it tells you what to do, pretty much.
If you wanna do summat specific that is causing you grief, feel free to PM me and I'll try to talk you thru it.

You need the pic to be hosted on the net, somewhere, in order for everyone else to see it, as we don't have access to your hard drive. So it will have to be a url, I'm afraid.
