Signatures - Dont you love em?

Do you find yourself reading peoples signatures and thinking of that is so true or profound or just simply laughing at them?? dunno

I know that some of them are an "in" joke (I am guilty of that at the minute redface

) but some of them are downright funny/interesting :lol2:
I saw that Dawn had changed hers tonight and I was giggling because it is in response to my new one. Yep it's an in joke and trust me you do not want to know the story behind it :giggle: Then I read Frecklebird's and thought ooohhh I like that!! biggrin

Do you read the signatures or do you just not notice them?? :dunno:

I read them when it's obvious that they've changed, otherwise I think you stop noticing them after a while. Then again, the half-page ones can be bloody annoying!

Long sigs make my s**t itch mad

2 or 3 lines is more than enough and in some cases 1 line is more than adequate...
There are some crackers about and I read if I have seen they have changed but otherwise I tend to try and gloss over them..

I prefer sigs short - I think a limit of oooh...one inch should be enough. lol

I like a bit of wit in them - the ones with e.g. "So-and-so thinks I'm a lovely guy" are the ones that annoy me most. Oh, and the ones with misspellings. mad

when i used to used Mirc for the chat, it would give a random quote each time i logged in, i would some times cut and paste them in to there as there where sometimes relevant to the chatting world.
some are really good. i do always try and read them.
