Hmmm having met you on Saturday... pics 1,2 and 5 are definitely your face... I remember checking out pics 3 and 4 and they're remarkably like the views I saw saturday too...
Prior to Saturday we didn't know they were you for sure... but if they weren't then sooner or later you'd get found out wink

yup happened to us hun,even had a cpl approach us asking if we played withh xxxxx cpl as they had seen our pics playing now that really pissed me off,good job there are now out of the scene ,the worst thing was we knew and went out socially quiete a lot ,just show s when you think you know some one really well.

We don't, is the simple answer. We can suss out the ones of famous people (honestly!), random porn stars, people's families and so on. Mind you I do see an awful lot of cocks which look very very alike and have been known to ask advice from other Mods... redface

We can just mitigate the problems by the use of the AUP guidance. One person on the profile then one person in the photographs.
Not perfect, but if you can find a more perfect system then let us know!

or sorry your aviator but aint that a cartoon? i'm sure i read something in the AUP regarding cartoon pics, postars etc and off topic, does that include aviators too? it just says pictures but hope not as lots of folks on this forum don't have written consent from the oweners for there aviators... just a thought :P

The rule extends to photographs loaded onto the site and not avatars. They are different. I don't have any photographs loaded.

Well i'm a single on here and wouldn't post pics with other people in anyway or i would mask or remove them from the photo.

If i was to have pics of others they would be personal only.

The posting of pictures on any part of the Swinging Heaven site that you do not own, or posting pictures that are fake, a joke or don't actually contain any part of you in them, or worse, that include a third party without THEIR CONSENT

I'm failing to see the point you are trying to make Makaveili? dunno

Anything over page 3 standard is not allowed on the general boards because of minors possibly being able to access the site. Every other photo posteed ever is not what the discussion is about... its about profile pictures.
What is so bad about asking for people's consent for the photos in their profiles?

Sorry if I'm going over old ground here but.....
....the AUP says that third parties cannot be included in pics without their consent. When uploading pics it says no third parties in pics fullstop. The inconsistency doesn't exactly help those who are trying to do the right thing but happen to look in the wrong place.
In the 3 or so years I've been a member I can't remember problems with third party pics being mentioned until recently.....has the site management started to introduce a new approach? If so, it might have helped if was this communicated widely to members so they could understand and help the mods out by removing offending pics themselves

He's just miffed cos he brought attention to his photographs and a couple of them got deleted and then he started another thread moaning about discrimination of single people and Mal locked it and I pointed out that he had taken part in this discussion so knew the rules and now he's trying to make his pointless point again even though I answered the consent issue the other day!

Personally I'd rather see just the person who's profile I'm looking at. The problem with a third party being in the photo with their consent, how could you be absolutely sure that consent has been given? dunno

Nope - it's been policy for yonks. The sharp rise in membership numbers since last October has exacerbated the issue.
I haven't got a photograph loaded so haven't seen the inconsistency, but now you have pointed it out to me I will bring it to the attention of the Admin team - thanks. However, it seems pretty clear at the point of loading - no pictures of others.

I have NOOOOOOOOOOOOO regrets just trying to ask a question and as usual get attitude!!!
It's ok now tho cos I know the rules and from now on any pics on profile that I see that are showing more people that's in the ad etc,are getting reported lol

To say in the AUP that third party pictures cannot be included without their consent does not imply per se that third party pictures are indeed allowed, in my humble view.
But where a third party picture is allowed (such as the other half of a "couple" account), then the picture cannot be included without the other's consent.
ie a non-consenting partner in a couple's account could not disagree to pictures of the other partner appearing but could have a claim for allowing a non-authorised picture containing an image of the non-consenting partner, if you see what I mean.

Hey - LOADS of people are reporting LOADS of pictures and LOADS of people are reporting LOADS of ads. It's about giving back to the site and not expecting a handful of Moderators, who also have full time jobs, to do everything. Report away and we will delete away. I've recently written on two threads about this and, as a result, the reports have been flooding in. Remember you got pictures deleted BEFORE this week?? As a result of a report.
I've just dealt with 35 ad abuse reports and seen another 36 photo ads abuse reports there but after a long day at work I'm off to put the kettle on.
NEVER hesitate to report ads/pictures - it's what we're here for.

Moderating is NOT my job - teaching is my job. This is my recreation. And I aim to keep this site as spam/scam/sewage free as is possible given the huge increase of spammers/scammers/sewage and people who think the rules are for everyone else except them. It's very tiresome indeed.
