Sun is out..sky is blue..what does it do for you??!

..well here we are..a few rays of sunshine and already my thoughts are turning to outdoor, carnal fun opportunities!
Winter has been with us too long..and I've almost forgotten the hedonistic fun that a warm breeze and a starry night allow us..so the question is..what do you enjoy best about summer??

Lucky you - it's not sunny where I am sad

Best bits about summer - sitting on the decking all through the night drinking beer, people wearing less clothes, outdoor sex without the risk of catching death of cold... smile

Ok I have to admit to thinkin - ooh I can put the washin out to dry redface

Apart from the mucky stuff I like the sitting out and socialising bit of it. The kids off school and not having to stick to routines, neighbours in and out of the house.
I did notice that lovely clear sky last night and the stars.......

That this year I'm in a different flat so won't have to suffer living in the oven I did. Used to get up to 35C in the flat when it was about 25 outside.

Not too bothered for me, but it means i can drain the pond and the fish can enjoy some warmer times, also means the birds can come out during the day without fear of freezing to death, I might even get to go and get some skating done when the knee gets better.

Well if I wasn't at work, I'd either be doing some gardening, be out on the Norton somewhere out in the Dales, or be underneath my bus outside in the sun!

Summer is very much a two edged sword for me....
On the one hand i love it, nice weather, opportunities for outdoor fun (as has been said already)
On the other hand the heat really gets to me, its too sticky for me (call me grumpy if you like lol) and........
this is the big one.....
it depresses me sad

Reminds me of holiday time......and i wanna go back to Vegas!!!!! :( :( :(

BBQ's in the afternoon followed by drinks outside till the early hours with good company.
Nice warm evenings though only seem to happen a couple of nights a year.
I normally start with good intentions but end up clustered around the dying embers of the BBQ.
