was just rooting through old posts and came across this one.
not in a morbid mood ,
but thought it would be a thread the newer members could add to,
and those that posted last time, well did it make you think and have you gone and done any of the things you wanted to do before you die? and based on how youve lived your life in the past year has this changed your D day result??
xxx lou xxx
Well it looks as though I have 50 years to live or 47 if I quit smoking... confused Oh well.. Think I will have to make myself a big list of to do's before I go... wink

I don't think I would want to know but knowing that I could find out if I wanted to would prove to be too tempting.
If I found out that I was going to live to a ripe old age then I would do my upmost to put the date out of my mind (easier said than done). If I was lined up for an early death I think it would change the remainder of my life. I would be split between ensuring that my loved ones were looked after and enjoying every day to the full.

I'd want to know.......for the reasons you've said Sarge, if I only had a few years I wouldn't want to waste it working and saving for an old age I'd never see! I'd up sticks to live in Vegas and blow it all on frivolity! (which is what I'd do if I was going to make it to retirement anyway) biggrin
omg im already dead  i should have died on 12 oct 2001 confused
oh well just as well live lifeto the max as i cant die twice biggrin can i :?: cool
& as to the question yes i would like to know the date of my death  i would make sure i did everything that ive always wanted to do
the only trouble is it would take away the excitement of some dangerous stuff i do dont think i would get the same buzz if i knew i would not die sad

If you were able to find out the exact date and time that you were going to die would you want to know?
If you did find out, how would it change the rest of your life? confused :?
I would move to Scotland and make love every day to my man in the hope that the day was a long way off lol    seriously would it change my life ? being a practical person I would go into project managment mode and plan, invest and take risks I wouldnt otherwise do.
I already know when I'm checking out. My birth certificate has an expiry date.
biggrin
