To go along side the Big Ups thread
this is so you can send someone whos feeling low, sad or just a bit ruffled, a great big smooch, best wishes or just a shed load of smiles and healing & positive thoughts
so, without further ado
I would like to send
Winchy (cos I feel that she needs a hug right now)
sugs (cos she so needs one)
mr B cos hes having a tough time right now
and kaz of kaznkev cos shes crying at the mention of all the sad songs bringing back sad memories

I was in need a little earlier today when I found out that a friend, just a little older than me, had died leaving two young daughters That kind of news certainly makes you count your blessings and makes you realise just how lucky we really are sometimes.

I went to the dentist on Monday, 1st time in about 20 years because I'm so terrified of them. I was dreading it as I needed a filling, but the dentist was lovely and could tell I was scared, he made me feel very comfortable and explained everything he was doing, I didn't feel a thing. Don't be afraid to tell them you're nervous. I hope all goes well.
