I went to the dentist on Monday, 1st time in about 20 years because I'm so terrified of them. I was dreading it as I needed a filling, but the dentist was lovely and could tell I was scared, he made me feel very comfortable and explained everything he was doing, I didn't feel a thing. Don't be afraid to tell them you're nervous. I hope all goes well.

I woke up this morning, nervous, a bit shaky, took the kids to school, walked to the dentist thinking this might not be too bad. At least i'll get it over and done with today. What happened?
