It started out as Girl Free Zone (a place where all the guys could retreat at the weekend) and there was a BFZ, Boy Free Zone but as is the true nature of these threads, the BFZ was hijacked a long time ago and our little retreat was burned to the ground (by easy I believe), so the girlies took over ;) (we actually took over a long time before that but hey what's a few months between friends?)
Basically it's a weekend tradition, think of the GFZ as a little country retreat, with a bar, kitchen, jacuzzi, big open fire with furry rugs to lie on ...
There are some great GFZ's throughout the archives, the ones lately are very watered down
There used to be an intro to them as the mods only opened them but I think anyone can get the keys and open them now

Been sat here for a few minutes reading some classic GFZ threads and found the Pearly Gates
:shock: :shock: someone had ramraided them and they were hidden in the undergrowth of the Theme Park!!
These haven't been updated for a long time which is a real shame because there have been some wonderful happenings over the last 4 years, some great hijacks, masquerade balls, etc. Some faces long since seen on these boards :(
