I have just made two cocktails that i have been waiting to make for agessss, they are both pretty much the same (gin, coconut and pineapple basis) except one has a slightly higher alcohol content. I'mm quite pleased with myself since i made them exactly as they should be although i'm a bit dissapointed with the consistency of one of them, it shouldve been like soft snow! All in all they taste absolutley divine, so much so that i'm going top go and experiment with them, see if i can come up with my own variations.
I'm going out tonight....all these cocktails im making god knows what i'll be like rolleyes

Hope i dont pull like last time.... :shock:

You can claim credit Mall.. my daughter is not my husbands, but she may as well be, she has his mannerisms, his humour and wit and is an absolute credit to me AND to him. He has taught her a lot of the values she has today and I am sure you have too.

I sat in a Bugatti Veyron this weekend :smug: :bounce: It's a car for those that dont know.... A very very very very very expensive car :lol2:
Alas bad news on Friday night.... Daughter who passed her test was involved in an accident and her car has been written off sad

She is okay, just a few bruises.... She was following my Sister and I think she got a little nervous at a T junction and pulled out a bit too early...
