Your probably not old enough, but Clarence was a cross eyed lion that was as dozy as they come so I ditched it and went for the davej, it was my second choice cos I really wanted 'Norman' to give me that continental tall dark and sexy type image, but some bastard had already chosen it.

just spat dog-end from mouth with an explosive chortle.... nearly puncturing my inflatable sofa...
(sophisticated)... I could have broken me cocix >sp?< in the resulting rapid deflation & fall... then slowly suffocated in the melting, all enveloping plastic!
I always pictured davej as a Tarquin, to be truefull, sorry if Ive done a diservice

Hmmm well doesnt do to be bored LPT - I have never really wanted to change my name as I have had it for 3 years now and I suppose I have grown into it if that makes sense. Maybe you could shortern it by creating some form of acronym????

:thumbup: for me too corriefem. We started swinging using this name & I've got quite attached to it now + as Darkfire mentioned earlier it starts to get confusing if we all start changing names.
I like to sign in & say 'oh yeh ...... is online', who I know or know from the forum
edited to say I even go fwwwaaarrrr to some names when I see them on line wink

I changed my name August last year. Now it wasn't a massive change, I was only Dawn_Mids so I thought it wouldn't be a big issue confused

I have to say that changing my name was really bloody wierd. I had to think twice when logging in, when seeing PMs or posts that I made.
It has taken me a fair while to get used to being Dawnie on the forum even though a few people have been calling me Dawnie for a while confused

I love it now though :smug:
I say think hard enough you make the change :thumbup:
