Weight Loss Group, week 1

I know I'm not officially signed up for this weight loss group................ but............
I went to the clinic for my three month check up and since the last time they saw me I've lost 2 kilos! :bounce:
I'm so chuffed and just had to tell biggrin

This week has been really hard as I have been to so many events where the food is just staring at me morning lunch and evenings :shock: :shock: :shock: so I know I will put some weight on and oh same next week redface
