And as for words, then the ubiquitous 'oi' used in chatland gets my goat as does 'nite'. I mean nite has one less letter than night how lazy is that! Or K instead of Ok, m8 instead of mate! A lot of chatland lingo i find a bit sad. Perfectly literate people trying their hardest to be illiterate?? Accronyms mostly are ok but the dropping of one letter does me in
